This issue is dedicated to my GURUMAA- MADAM THOMAS.
Tamasoma jyotirgamay
Mam Thomas had a strong personality and lived her life courageously...
One of the yogic secret is her strong posture...
Your good and strong posture even helpful to perform better in your life's exams...
Let us have PAUSE
BY MAA NARAYANI FROM "YOU HAVE TO FIND YOU"
We are all at different stages of thought processes, all being right for each particular soul. Nothing is evil but thinking makes it so. Evil does not exist, it is only being out of harmony with the WHOLE.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SIN AS WE HAVE BEEN Thought.
The word SIN taken from the original greek means MISSING THE TARGET, the target being in the cosmic energy, the Cosmic Law.
We keep making mistakes and within each mistake lies the hidden key to peace and joy. Slowly we learn from our own mistakes. We are our own Teacher, IF we are wise, but so many cannot see their mistakes, but see only the mistakes of others.
This is a good time to go into the habit we have of endeavouring to sort another's life, when we cannot sort out our own. Each one of us at some time, has been guilty of this mistake, but are we prepared to SEE it as a mistake? It is amazing, if you look at this phenomenon that you always feel you know what others should do, and really it is adding to their confusion. Imagine the foolishness of advising another on a problem when you yourself have not experinced that problem.
How filled with self-importance and auacity we all are. How often a patient who, having cancer, has been advised by the docters to have radium or ray treatment, and the patient does not wish to have it ...but there are so many well-wishers trying to force him to change his mind and listen to the doctors.
When it is gently suggested that the patient should be left to make up his own mind, the answer is always the samw, "It is only for his own good, and he is in such an emotional state that he does not know wha is best for him."
What makes YOU think tha tYOU know?
Who gave you right to ply God under the pretence of helping?
Have you had radium or chemotherapy?
Have you had cancer?
YOU do not have any right, but do you see that desire to dominate under a pseudo- heading of helping and that the violence is there.
How much suffering we have seen over this.
If someone ask for your advice, and you yourself have not experienced whatever the situation is then suggest that he has quiet time alone, to hand over, and then decide. if you HAVE experienced, then briefly tell that person what you feel and leave the decision to the patient. give him the strength to make his own desicion.
" You have been given only 1 mouth and 1 tongueto talk, but happily you have been given 32 teeth to keep it shut, So shut up!" - SWAMI VIVEKANANDA.
The rule to LIVE AND LET LIVE has long been forgotten.
Regard yourself always as a beautiful soul.
YOU are a king in your own right...Only the garbage that you have collected along life's path way of thoughts and conditioning is ugly and stinking.
FIND THE GARBAGE AND THROW IT OUT. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THROW AWAY YOUR POSSESSIONS...IT MEANS THROUGH OUT YOUR VIOLENCE!
REMEDY:
  • Breath in deeply...
  • Breath out completely...
  • Visualize that you are breathing from your nostrils...
  • Breath out from each and every cell of your skull area...(9 times)
  • Breath out from each and every neuron of your brain...(9 times)
  • Take a deep breath in and breath out from each and every cell of your body...(9 times)...
  • Complete awareness at your inner walls of the nostrils...watch your breath...
  • Feel the touch of incoming air and outgoing air...
  • exhale with ha..kara..(the swaiso way).. swaiso is also one of the remedy.
  • Take a deep breath in and blow out completly till you feel presuure at the emotional center.
Love and Light

Raksha &Artiba

We all are inter-are and as this word is having deeper impact in our life we want to share a small topic from the book “the heart of understanding” from author THICH NHAT HANH.

But to understand this entire thought of the master you have to help me in a simple process visualize that this page of your computer is the page of paper of the book & now you are ready.... simple ....

INTERBEING

If you are a poet, you will see clearly that there is a cloud floating in this sheet of paper. Without a cloud, there will be no rain, the trees cannot grow; and without trees, we cannot make paper. The cloud is essential for paper to exist. If cloud is not here, the sheet of paper cannot be either. So we can say that the cloud and the paper inter-are. Interbeing is a word that is not in the dictionary yet, but if we combine the prefix “inter” with the verb “to be”, we have a new verb, inter-be. Without a cloud, we cannot have paper, so we can say that cloud and sheet of paper inter-are.

If we look into this sheet of paper even more deeply, we can see the sunshine in it. If the sunshine is not there, the forest cannot grow. In fact, nothing can grow. Even we cannot grow without sunshine. And, so we know that the sunshine is also in this sheet of paper. The paper and sunshine inter-are.and is we continue to look, we can see the logger who cut the tree and brought it to the mill to be transformed into paper. And we see the wheat. We know that the logger cannot exist without his daily bread, and therefore the wheat that becomes his bread is also in this sheet of the paper. And the logger’s father and mother are in it too. When we look in this way, we see that without all of these things, this sheet of paper cannot exist.

Looking even more deeply, we can see we are in it too. This is not difficult to see because when we look at a sheet of paper, the sheet of paper is part of our perception. Your mind is in here and mine is also. So we can say that everything is in here with this sheet of paper. You cannot point out one thing that is not here-time, space, the earth, the rain, the river, the heat, everything co-exist with this sheet of paper. That is why I think the word inter-be should be in the dictionary. “To be” is to inter-be. You cannot just be by yourself alone. You have to inter-be with every other thing. This sheet of paper is because everything else is.

Suppose try to return one of the elements to its source. Suppose we return the sunshine to the sun. Do you think that this sheet of paper will be possible? No, without sunshine nothing can be. And if we return the logger to his mother, then we no sheet of paper either. The fact is that this sheet of paper is made up of only “non-paper elements.” And if we return these non-paper elements to their sources, then there can be no paper at all. Without “non-paper elements,” like mind, logger, and sunshine and so on, there will be no paper.

As thin as this sheet of paper is, it contains everything in the universe in it.

........

So dear we are, each of us are inter-are. We are made up of everything in the universe.
